Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and Returns policy - 20 September 2018

(Note: This policy does not apply to your purchase of my fiction, eg Tapestry. You’ll buy this through Amazon, so it’s Amazon’s policies that apply).


It’s very important to me that you have a good experience with Elle Turner Creative and I hope that you’re happy with your order. However, if you have any concerns at all about your purchase, please contact me elle@elleturnercreative.com and we’ll work together to find a solution.

Online content

You’ll access the content you buy from Elle Turner Creative either by digital download, access to a password protected area of the site or a course classroom. Alternatively, courses may be sent to you by email and you may be asked to access content through links. The arrangements for your access to the product will be provided in the product details and at the time you buy.

You are entitled to cancel your order or otherwise request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. This entitlement only applies if you have NOT accessed or downloaded the content. If you want to access or download the content as soon as you buy (if applicable) or before the 14 day period is up, you will be asked to confirm that you waive your right to a refund.


Cancellation


If you decide to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days purchase and you must not have downloaded or otherwise accessed the product. You can use our model cancellation form to let us know if you wish, or just email elle@elleturnercreative.com


Refunds

If you qualify for a refund (see limits detailed above) it will be processed within 14 days of Elle Turner Creative receiving your request and confirming your entitlement. Credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

If you don’t receive your refund within the time you expect, please check with your bank and/or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is posted and this is not within Elle Turner Creative’s control. If, after doing this, you have still not received your refund or have not been told when to expect it, please contact me elle@elleturnercreative.com

Faults

In the unlikely event that you find the product faulty when you try to access or download it, contact me on elle@elleturnercreative.com so I can resolve the issue.

Your rights

It’s my responsibility to supply you with products and/or services that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that I’ve not met my legal obligations, please contact me.
